We appreciate how hard our staff work to provide an amazing experience for our patients. No one wants to get a root canal but we try very hard to make it a good experience. We believe in having fun at work. This provides a fun and relaxed environment and the vibe of the office does affect our patients. When we love our job, it definitely shows! One way is to have a good time and celebrate our staff’s birthday.
We like to celebrate with lunch catered for the entire staff. And of course, the birthday staff gets to pick where lunch is catered from. We like to decorate and have sweet treats too. It makes coming to work fun.
We also like to celebrate patient’s birthday with a card and custom birthday coffee mug!
